ICT’s 19th Annual World Summit on Counter-Terrorism took place on September 9-12, 2019. The Summit highlighted the need for an interdisciplinary and global approach to effectively deal with the threat of terrorism. ICT’s World Summit allows for the establishment of professional networks and fosters meaningful international cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
On Wednesday September 11, 2019 took place a workshop in collaboration with the RED-Alert project, titled: Countering Radicalization – Technology and Policy (in Cooperation with Red Alert – A Horizon 2020 Project). This workshop was part of the dissemination efforts that ICT is leading in the RED-Alert project, and as such it was open to audience attended the ICT’s Summit as well – which includes opinion leaders, decision makers, academics, private sectors, LEAs and students.
