The conference focused on the H2020 Work Programme 2020 for the “Secure Societies – Protecting Freedom and Security of Europe and its Citizens”. Dr. Monica Florea was invited to present proposals and ideas for the Fight Against Crime and Terrorism topic of the Work Programme which is open in 2020 and participated in roundtables, to discuss lessons learned and what to expect for the future of the EU Security Research programme.
